Police say they found three tons of pot -- worth more than $27 million -- in a moving truck in west suburban Franklin Park Friday morning.
The truck was abandoned in Stone Park in the 3900 block of Mannheim Road about 11 a.m., a statement from the Will County Cooperative Police Assistance Team said.
Inside, officials said they found the marijuana, a handgun and ammo.
