A firefighter was injured in a Saturday morning blaze in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.
The fire started at about 5 a.m. in a vacant building in the 900 block of North Monticello, fire officials said.
The firefighter was taken to West Suburban Medical Center with minor injuries, fire officials said.
