Jill and Robert Webb are suing the local CBS station, claiming that the reporting surrounding NBC reporter (formerly of WMAQ) Amy Jacobson's backyard swim at the home of Craig Stebic was malicious, reckless, and damaged their family. Jacobson was fired from WMAQ after footage filmed by a neighbor showed her swimming in Stebic's pool after his wife disappeared. Jill Webb is Craig Stebic's sister.
