A recent study claims Evanston is a cut above the rest when it comes to what they're wearing.
Real estate blog Movoto.com ranked the suburb No. 8 in its list of the Top 10 Best Dressed Cities in America.
The list is made of cities with less than 100,000 residents.
The criteria included the number of high-end fashion, shoe and jewelry stores per capita, as well as tailors and dry cleaners.
According to the survey, Evanston scored its highest rankings in the jewelry category.
The top three cities on the best-dressed list were Santa Monica, CA, Boca Raton, FL and Newport Beach, CA.
Six of the top 10 cities were in California, three in Florida, and Albany, NY and Evanston were the only cities from other states to crack the list.
