At least four cars were involved in a crash Friday night on the outbound Edens Expressway in Chicago, causing all lanes to shut down.
The accident occurred about 9:40 p.m. near Bryn Mawr. Roads across the area are slick with ice and snow as the Chicago area grapples with dangerous cold that sent wind chills plummeting lower than -20 degrees.
Next week will be even colder.
It was unclear if there were any injuries in the crash.
