Here's Where You Can Vote Early in the Chicago Area

Early voting is available at locations across all 50 wards in Chicago

Looking to vote early in Illinois? There are plenty of places to do it. 

Voting locations are open across all 50 wards in Chicago and dozens of other locations in the state. On Oct. 31, four additional sites will open at Chicago universities, officials said.

The Nov. 6 election features races for governor and lieutenant governor, attorney general, secretary of state, comptroller, treasurer, and seats in the state House and Senate and in Congress. [[498554261, C]]

According to the State Board of Elections, 1.4 million voters cast early ballots in 2016, a presidential election year. Two years before, there were 497,000 early voters.
