No one was hurt and no one is in custody, according to police

Chicago police are investigating after a drone crashed into a window of a downtown high-rise building on Thursday morning.

Police say that the drone crashed into the window of the building, located in the 100 block of Wacker Drive, leaving a large hole.

Police say that they have confiscated the drone, and that they are still investigating. No one was injured, and no one is in custody in connection with the incident.

Authorities posted a message on social media reminding residents that it is illegal to fly drones within Chicago city limits.
