Danny Trevathan Leaves Bears Game With Arm Injury

Trevathan suffered the injury while tackling Jeff Driskel in the first quarter of the game

Chicago Bears linebacker Danny Trevathan left Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions after suffering an apparent arm injury.

Trevathan was aiming to tackle Lions quarterback Jeff Driskel in the first quarter of the contest when his arm bent at a grotesque angle underneath the quarterback.

Here is the video of Trevathan's injury (viewer discretion is advised):

Immediately following the play, Trevathan jogged off the field and was looked at by trainers, and was sent to the Bears' locker room for further observation and treatment.

The Bears say that Trevathan has been ruled out for the remainder of the contest. He was replaced in the lineup by Nick Kwiatkoski.
