A Chicago home rented by Jake Arrieta and his family has now been listed for $1.799 million - and the neighborhood appears to be a favorite among Cubs pitchers.
The six-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot home in the Graceland West part of Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, reportedly housed the Arrieta family until their lease ended a few weeks ago, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The house is located just one block from the home fellow Cubs pitcher Jon Lester reportedly bought in 2014.
The home features a massive eat-in kitchen, a "spa-style master suite" and even a rooftop deck.
Arrieta's future with the Cubs remain unclear as he heads for free agency this winter, but it is likely his time in Chicago may not last much longer.
Arrieta's wife Brittany Arrieta said the family had planned on moving out "no matter what happens."
Listing agent Kevin Hinton of Keller Williams Chicago declined to comment on the property.
