Northbound CTA Red Line trains are back on their proper tracks after briefly being diverted to the elevated lines between Cermak and Fullerton due to a power outage.
The outage occurred on Thursday afternoon, but was resolved by the CTA just before 3 p.m.
Trains moving between Fullerton and Cermak/Chinatown were rerouted onto elevated tracks while service was restored to the underground tracks, according to the agency.
Southbound service was not affected.
