Tollway's Acting Chief Abruptly Resigns

Weeks after Jeff Dailey abruptly resigned as the Illinois Tollway's executive director -- the top staff position at the state agency -- his temporary replacement, Dawn Catuara, is calling it quits, a spokeswoman says.
