Cops ID Victim, Person of Interest in Kenosha Double Shooting

A suspect is on the loose after police say a 16-year-old girl was killed and a 39-year-old woman was hurt in a Kenosha shooting Thursday afternoon, according to police. 

Authorities were called to a residence in the 10900 block of 66 Street in Kenosha on Thursday afternoon, according to police. When they arrived on scene, they found the two victims inside the residence with gunshot wounds. Authorities identified 15-year-old Martice Fuller as a person of interest in the shooting. They said he could be armed with a gun and should not be approached by anyone who sees him.

Police say that a 16-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the scene, and that the 39-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital in serious, but stable, condition. The 16-year-old was identified as Kaylie Juga.

According to police, officers maintained a perimeter around the house until a Tactical Response Team was able to make entry. No one else was located in the home, and detectives believe that the suspect fled the area.
