“This Is Us” star Chrissy Metz is coming to the Chicago area.
As part of a publicity tour promoting her new book “This Is Me: Loving the Person You Are Today,” Metz will be making a stop in suburban Naperville on april 5.
Metz, who plays Kate Pearson on the hit NBC drama, will be speaking at North Central College in an event hosted by Anderson’s Bookshops beginning at 7 p.m.
She will be at Pfeiffer Hall, located at 310 E. Benton Ave, the bookstore said.
The Golden Globe and Emmy-nominated actress will be participating in an “evening of honest conversation about life and its lessons,” Anderson’s said.
Two kinds of tickets are available: one that includes the presentation and a space in the signing line, plus a copy of the book, and one that includes only the presentation and a copy of the book.
Both tickets are $30 plus a $2.04 service fee, available along with more information on Anderson’s website.
