Chicago White Sox prospect Luis Robert made his Triple-A debut for the Charlotte Knights on Thursday, and he made sure that the occasion was a memorable one.

Robert, who has already played in Single-A and Double-A this season, not only got his first Triple-A hit in the game, but he made it a big one as he hit a grand slam in the third inning of the contest:

Later in the game, Robert went deep again, this time a solo shot deep to left field:

In 75 minor league games prior to Thursday night, Robert has been scorching hot, posting a .349 batting average, 16 home runs, and 53 RBIs to go along with 29 stolen bases in the White Sox farm system.

Earlier this week the White Sox announced that Robert would be promoted for the second time this season, as he has continued to put up eye-popping numbers in the minors, but G.M. Rick Hahn refused to commit to a firm timeline on when the slugger will make his way to the big league level.
