For the second time in a row, Chicago was ranked the no. 1 all-around best city to live in, according to Time Out.
From Austin to Tel Aviv, Time Out surveyed 15,000 people in 32 cities. A range of in-depth questions were asked, among them: sex, dining, neighborhoods, affordability and happiness.
“Despite our sub-zero winters, 89 percent of city-dwellers feel happy overall, making us one of the most content populations in the country,” the official site stated.
