100 Miles Paved in Chicago So Far This Season, Emanuel Announces

More than 100 miles of streets in Chicago have been paved since the beginning of the season, Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced Monday.

Resurfacing began on April 24, when Emanuel said the city was aiming to resurface nearly 300 miles of arterial and residential streets that were winter-battered and filled with potholes.
