Latest Snowfall Totals for Northern Illinois

The snow is piling up across the area, and places south of the city are getting hammered as a winter storm moves through.

The storm, which has already dumped over six inches of snow in areas south of the NBC 5 viewing area, is snarling traffic and causing hazardous conditions throughout the region.
