The Chicago Riverwalk flooded Saturday amid sustained heavy rainstorms across the entire area. The high river levels prompted Chicago’s First Lady Cruises to shut down all operations, while floodwater crept up to reach some of the restaurants along the downtown tourist hotspot. Rain was expected to continue for several hours through early Sunday, while the entire Chicago area remained under a Flash Flood Watch through late Saturday night.
