The three-bedroom condo is listed on Martin's website as the home where he lived after getting his master's degree from Northwestern. "I say 'three bedroom,' but for our purposes there were five, once we put a bed in the dining room and another on the back porch," he wrote. "The rent was $150 a month, after all. There was no way a bunch of guys just out of college could afford that without cramming."

The unit's listing agent, Michael Samm, said a "Game of Thrones"-themed open house is being planned for this weekend. Details were still being finalized, but plans include themed drinks and possibly even a dire wolf, Samm said.
