How the Ward Typically Votes: Scott Waguespack has been alderman of the 32nd ward since 2007 when he won 50.7 percent of the vote, defeating Ted Matlak in a runoff. In 2011, Waguespack won 66 percent of the vote, defeating David Pavlik (17 percent), Bryan Lynch (11 percent) and Brian Gorman (6 percent).
