An 18-month-old child who was reported missing after being last seen with her grandfather Monday has been found, police said in a recent alert.

Details on how or where the child was found were not immediately released, but police said the girl had been "reunited with her family without incident."

Kaydense Brooks was last seen with her grandfather Sammy Brooks in the 4700 block of South Greenwood Monday, according to the alert. Police said it was “possible that she traveled to the area of the 12th district via public transportation.”

She was last seen wearing a purple or blue snow suit and brown Ugg boots with a pink stroller. She has black hair, brown eyes, light brown complexion and weighs about 18 pounds.

Further information on her disappearance wasn’t immediately released.
