A California woman was arrested at Chicago's Midway International Airport on Tuesday after police allegedly found $15,000 worth of cannabis with her.
Roseanne Marisco, 24, was charged with one felony count of cannabis possession, police said in a statement.
She was arrested at the airport at 12:54 p.m. after an investigation found roughly 2,500 grams of cannabis in her possession, police said.
The drugs have an estimated street value of $15,000, police said.
Marisco, of the 1100 block of Lakeville Circle in Petaluma, Calif., was scheduled to appear for a bond hearing Wednesday, police said.
