Unless a candidate gets more than 50 percent of the vote - a very unlikely scenario, the top two vote-getters will head to a runoff election in April.
In addition to the wide-open race for mayor, the position of city treasurer and all 50 seats on City Council are on the ballot as well, plus plenty of local referendum questions.
