In a city known for its steakhouses, a newcomer can lay claim to being a cut above the rest.
Gayot.com named Chicago Cut Steakhouse one of the Top 10 steakhouses in the city.
The restaurant, located along the Chicago River, claims to be the only steakhouse in the city to exclusively serve USDA-certified prime steaks that are butchered and dry aged on the premises.
The restaurant is also known for its extensive wine and cocktail list, available to diners via an iPad.
It's just the latest honor for the eatery, which was also named one of Esquire magazine's Best New Restaurants of 2011.
