A new brand of beer with a special meaning hit Chicago-area liquor stores Monday.
The two new craft brews, created by Veterans Beer Company, were officially released on Veterans' Day.
The Chicago company created two types of Veteran Beer, Amber Lager and the Blonde Bomber Blonde Ale.
The company hopes to go national, but for now, the product will be sold at Chicago-area Binny’s and Treasure Island stores.
The company hopes to put 1,500 veterans to work in the next five years, and is donating 10 percent of its profits to veterans causes.
