Just this week we posted about unemployment and the problems Chicago has with keeping and creating new jobs in the startup world. Funnily enough, Bill Clinton seems to have heard about our problems and so he's announced the first Clinton Global Initiative meeting focused specifically on fixing these very problems. It's to take place June 29 and 30 at the Sheraton, and while participation in CGI is by invitation only -- you can e-mail them a request -- we're guessing if you've got some savvy ideas on how to fix these problems it'll be your ticket in. After all: There's an entire portion of this meeting devoted to discussing startups, so it's worth a shot.
