Bulls Give Updated Timetable for Zach LaVine's Return

LaVine is averaging 23.9 points per game this season

The Chicago Bulls announced Wednesday that Zach LaVine will miss approximately two to four weeks after injuring his ankle in a game earlier this month.

LaVine, who is averaging 23.8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game with the Bulls, was diagnosed with a medial ankle sprain he suffered in a Dec. 13 game against the Orlando Magic. Subsequent tests and doctors have confirmed the diagnosis, and he will likely be out for the remainder of the month.

The Bulls said that the two-to-four week timetable is from the date of the injury.

The Bulls will next take the court on Wednesday night when they welcome the Brooklyn Nets to the United Center.
