Robin Lopez, Kris Dunn Fined for Roles in Bulls-Thunder Fracas

Both players were fined, but not suspended, for their roles in the incident

Chicago Bulls players Robin Lopez and Kris Dunn have both avoided suspensions for their roles in a fracas that took place during a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder earlier this week.

On Wednesday, the NBA announced that Thunder guards Raymond Felton and Dennis Schroder have both been suspended for one game for leaving the bench during the melee.

Dunn was fined $15,000 for instigating the altercation by shoving Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook, and Lopez was fined $25,000 for escalating the confrontation, the league announced.

Thunder forward Jerian Grant was also fined $20,000.

The fight started after Dunn shoved Westbrook during the third quarter of the game. Tempers flared as players shoved one another before peacemakers, including Bulls head coach Jim Boylen, broke up the fight.

Felton and Schroder will both serve their suspensions on Wednesday night.
