WATCH: Bulls Prematurely Post Noah All-Star Video

Did the Bulls jump the gun on Joakim Noah being an All-Star this season, or is there something we don't know?

Joakim Noah is certainly playing at a high level, and well enough for him to be named an All-Star reserve in the Eastern Conference this year. The reserves won’t officially be announced until Thursday, but that didn’t stop the Chicago Bulls official YouTube account from – mistakenly, obviously – posting a congratulatory video on Tuesday night with the caption that read, “Congratulations, Joakim!”

Noah was an All-Star for the first time in 2013 and has been widely pegged to play in the midseason classic again this season with averages of 11.7 points, 11.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists. He also has nine double-doubles in the month of January, including a season high 21 boards against the Los Angeles Lakers on Jan. 20.

After realizing the error, the video was quickly taken down by the Bulls not long after it was posted to their YouTube channel. But they weren’t fast enough as BeyondTheBuzzer.com grabbed it and re-posted it on their site.
