Chicago Bears Players, Coaches Thank Fans in Stirring Video

The Bears will wrap up their regular season on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings

The Chicago Bears will wrap up their regular season on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, but with the playoffs looming, the team has a message for their fans.

The Bears, who went 7-1 at Soldier Field during the regular season, will get to host a home playoff game when the NFL postseason begins, and before they return home, they took time to thank their fans with a stirring video:

Players like Mitchell Trubisky and Akiem Hicks thanked fans for being loud and vocal supporters, both in Chicago and on the road, and head coach Matt Nagy's famous shout-out to the fans after the team's win over the Vikings was also included in the tribute.

The Bears will either play at home on Wild Card Weekend, which begins Jan. 5, or in the Divisional Round if they can earn a first round playoff bye.
