The Chicago Bears once again added to their offensive line in the sixth round of the NFL Draft, drafting offensive tackle Tayo Fabuluje out of TCU.

Fabuluje, who fell down draft boards because of his decision to take time away from football to work and support his mother as she went through legal troubles, is a raw athlete who is a great run-blocker. Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing in at 353 pounds, Fabuluje is going to be a difficult player to cast aside by opposing pass rushers and linebackers, and he has some great ability to move laterally and get into the second level on run plays.

There has been some criticism of Fabuluje’s foot movement as he doesn’t get set quick enough off the snap, instead shuffling off the draw and remaining too high in his stance.

As for what position Fabuluje could play for the Bears, he could end up competing for the starting job at right tackle, with Jordan Mills not being guaranteed a spot next season. He could also slide inside and compete with either Will Montgomery or third-round pick Hroniss Grasu for a guard job, with Kyle Long kicking to the outside tackle spot for the first time in his NFL career.
