Chicago Bears Raise Season Ticket Prices, Eliminate Printed Tickets

Season ticket prices will increase by over four percent, the team announced

In an email sent to Chicago Bears season ticket holders, the team announced several changes to its ticketing policy, including a price increase for the 2019 campaign.

The Bears, who reached the playoffs for the first time since 2010 last season, will increase the cost of season tickets by an average of 4.1 percent, according to a press release. Non-club seats will rise by an average of 5.6 percent, and club seats will see increases of 1.6 percent, according to the team.

In addition to the higher ticket prices, the Bears will move to mobile-only ticket entry for the 2019 season, eliminating printed tickets in all forms. Ticket buyers will manage their purchases online or on their mobile devices, and the team says the change was made to better protect fans against fraud.
