Chicago Bears Announce 2016 Training Camp Schedule

The Bears will begin their training camp on July 28 at Olivet Nazarene University as they take the field in the first of 10 practices at the college

The Chicago Bears just wrapped up their rookie mini-camp over the weekend, but the team is already looking ahead to late July when they report to Bourbonnais for training camp.

The Bears will begin their training camp on July 28 at Olivet Nazarene University, as they take the field in the first of 10 practices at the college. They’ll also practice away from Bourbonnais this summer, as they’ll head to New England for joint practices with the New England Patriots in mid-August.

Here is the team’s full schedule of practices in Bourbonnais:

Thurs., July 28: 9:35 a.m.

Fri., July 29: 11:15 a.m.

Sat., July 30: 9:35 a.m.

Sun., July 31: 11:15 a.m.

Mon., Aug. 1: 9:35 a.m.

Wed., Aug. 3: 11:15 a.m.

Thurs., Aug. 4: 9:35 a.m.

Fri., Aug. 5: 11:15 a.m.

Sat., Aug. 6: TBD (at Soldier Field)

Mon., Aug. 8: 11:15 a.m.

Tues., Aug. 9: 9:35 a.m.

The Bears will have two practices at Halas Hall after their game against the Denver Broncos on Aug. 11, but neither workout will be open to the public. August 15 and 16, the team will travel to Foxboro to train with the Patriots before the two teams square off in an exhibition game on Aug. 18 at Gillette Stadium.
