Snowfall Totals From Saturday's Wintry Blast

4 inches of snow fell in some parts of the area

A Winter Storm Warning may have been canceled for the Chicago-area on Saturday, but that doesn’t mean residents escaped the brunt of a rare snow wintry blast.

That snow fell throughout the day Saturday, and was mixed with rain at times throughout the area. Western suburbs were particularly hard-hit by the storm, with several areas receiving 4 or more inches of snow. 

Here are the latest snowfall totals from across the region:

Cook County:

Elk Grove Village – 3.5 inches 

Midway International Airport – 1.7 inches (also received 1 inch of rain)

Northbrook - 3.9 inches 

O’Hare International Airport – 2.5 inches

Schaumburg – 2 inches

DuPage County: 

Downers Grove - 1 inch 

Medinah - 3.5 inches 

Kane County:

Campton Hills - 4.4 inches 

St. Charles – 5.8 inches 

Lake County: 

Libertyville - 3.1 inches 

McHenry County: 

Crystal Lake - 2.8 inches  

Woodstock - 3.5 inches 

Winnebago County:

Rockford Airport: 3.7 inches 

Roscoe – 3 inches

South Beloit – 3 inches

Winnebago – 4 inches
