After the snow moved out, arctic air followed close behind, with a Wind Chill Advisory in effect beginning at 6 a.m. through 10 a.m. Monday. The Chicago area could see up to 25 mph winds by Sunday evening and highs in the single digits once again.

Wind chill values could be as low as -15 to -25 degrees by Sunday afternoon, making for a brutally cold Bears game at Soldier Field.

Temperatures will continue to drop through the evening, with wind chill values reaching even -35 in the far northwest suburbs and near the Wisconsin border around 6 p.m.

Highs are set to gradually warm throughout next week, with temperatures returning to the 30s by Wednesday.
