A driver was caught off guard after his car got stuck in a large pothole on Wednesday in Hobart, Indiana.
Police were asking drivers to avoid the area near Ninth and Lincoln streets after emergency workers responded to an incident where a car sunk several feet below ground level.
According to officials, the road will remain closed until it is fully repaired.
