Firefighters at about 6:20 a.m. were dousing a vehicle that was fully engulfed in flames behind a building on Chicago's northwest side.
The fire was on the 1700 block of West Carroll Avenue, adjacent to tracks used by Metra trains. There was no interruption to train service.
