Three people were injured when a car crashed into a Schaumburg Starbucks Monday.
It happened at about 4:40 p.m. at 181 N. Barrington Rd.
Schaumburg Police say two customers inside the car and the driver received minor injuries in the crash. At least two were transported to a local hospital.
Police say the driver was a 71-year-old woman from Streamwood. As she was parking, her foot slipped onto the accelerator, causign the vehicle to crash through the Starbucks windown, striking the two victims.
Because the accident happened on private property, no citations were issued.
