Burglaries Reported at Belmont Heights Businesses, Police Say

Police are warning residents of two burglaries reported in the same block in Belmont Heights on the North Side.

In each incident someone smashed the glass front door of a business and stole property, Chicago police said.

The burglaries happened about 12:35 a.m. Dec. 11 and 4:20 a.m. Dec. 18 in the 7300 block of West Belmont Avenue, police said.
