Blackhawks Selling Ice from 2015 Stanley Cup Win

Blackhawks fans can own ice from the historic 2015 Stanley Cup win.

Chicago Blackhawks Charities will sell limited-edition, certified Blackhawks ice on Friday, Dec. 11.

The melted ice will be available in vials for $99 and in cubes for $49, according to the Chicago Blackhawks website. All proceeds will benefit Blackhawks Charities.

Cubes of the melted ice will include postseason and series scores and will also come with a box featuring the team’s logo, according to the team's website.

Each glass vial will come with a leather-embossed display box with an engraved Blackhawks logo and a certificate of authenticity, according to the Blackhawks. Cubes of melted ice will include postseason and series scores and will also come with a box featuring the team’s logo.

The vials and cubes can be purchased at Blackhawks Store locations on Michigan Avenue, Oakbrook Center, and Old Orchard Mall, according to the Blackhawks.

Fans who can’t buy ice in-person can place an order over the phone on Monday, Dec. 14. Customers should call the Blackhawks Store at (312) 759-0079.

The ice was collected by United Center staff after the Blackhawks beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 2-0, according to the Chicago Blackhawks website. It was the team’s first Stanley Cup win on home ice in 77 years.
