The real estate site's latest report listed 11 Chicago neighborhoods on the top 25, with three other Illinois locations also making the list.

The top neighborhood on the list was Chicago's Dunning neighborhood, following by Ashburn at no. 2.
Dunning had a median sale price of $256,000 with 263 homes for sale as of December. It also had an above-average school and transit score along with a low crime rate.
Also making the list were Jefferson Park, Elmwood Park, Wrigleyville, West Ridge, North Park, Edgewater, Andersonville, Lincoln Square, Belmont Gardens. in Illinois, Evanston, Oak Park and Campustown in Urbana were also named.
“More companies have relocated to and invested in Chicago than any other American city every year for the last four years,” Mayor Rahm Emanuel said in a statement. "They recognize what we already know. Chicago is home to not just the most talented workforce, but the greatest neighborhoods in the world, so it is no surprise that our city comes out on top with seven of the top ten in national rankings of neighborhoods that ‘have it all.’"
The residential real-estate company also included neighborhoods in major cities like Pittsburgh, Cleveland, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and Miami to the list.
