Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., has taken his latest passion to the Internet.
Taking a tip from the Obama campaign, Jackson has been reaching out to supporters online. He's sent out three mass mailings in the last week touting his readiness to serve Illinois in the Senate.
A Chicago reporter recently commented to Jackson's wife, Alderman Sandi Jackson (7th Ward), that he had received several e-mails from her husband.
"I know!” she said. “Isn’t he a beast?"
Needless to say, the statement has sparked a lot of response.
