Anthony Rizzo Scratched From Cubs' Lineup vs. Brewers

The Chicago Cubs have scratched Anthony Rizzo from their lineup Friday night against the Milwaukee Brewers.

According to the Cubs, Rizzo is experiencing lower back tightness, and won’t be available for the contest.

Rizzo will be replaced in the lineup by Victor Caratini, who will bat sixth and play first base. Kyle Schwarber will move up to the third spot in the order and will play left field, and Addison Russell will shift up to the fifth spot and play shortstop.

Rizzo only missed five games last season, and has appeared in at least 155 games in each of the past three seasons.
