The Chicago Bears hoped to end Aaron Rodgers' historic interception-less streak on Sunday, and late in the game, that's exactly what they did.
Rodgers came into the game at Soldier Field on an historic run, throwing 368 consecutive pass attempts without an interception. That run set an NFL record, which Rodgers set last week when he passed Tom Brady on the all-time list.
In the fourth quarter, the end finally came for Rodgers, as his pass in the red zone was tipped and landed in the arms of Eddie Jackson.
The streak ended at 402 consecutive passing attempts, the new high-water mark for NFL quarterbacks.
Rodgers has 23 touchdowns and just two interceptions on 532 attempts so far this season. He hadn't thrown an interception since the team’s Week 4 win over the Buffalo Bills, a streak that lasted nearly 10 games.
