Will Aaron Rodgers Make a ‘Game of Thrones' Cameo?

Late last month, Rodgers tweeted with the hashtag #episode5shouldbegood

Aaron Rodgers, maker of cheeseheads, king of House Packers, could be making a Game of Thrones appearance during this weekend’s episode.

The Packers quarterback has hinted at a potential cameo on the show, with fans speculating since last year.

But his recent clue may have been the most telling of all.

Late last month, Rodgers tweeted with the hashtag #episode5shouldbegood.

"24 hour rule still applies folks, for all those thought there were better things to do tonight than watch @GameOfThrones #iwaswatching #4moreepisodes #episode5shouldbegood."

Then on Wednesday, Aaron Nagler of Cheesehead TV, reported Rodgers would in fact be on the show.

Episode five of the show’s final season is set to air Sunday.

Rodgers had said he “can neither confirm or deny” if he would be making an appearance in the hit HBO series. He told Dan Patrick in an interview that if he were to appear on the show, he would want to be killed and would only do partial nudity.

Adding to the speculation, the Washington Post reported that Rodgers and his girlfriend Danica Patrick were seen last summer in Northern Ireland, where the show had been filming.

Looks like we’ll just have to wait and see on Sunday.
