A 21-year-old woman was shot in the neck while riding in a car near the West Rogers Park neighborhood early Sunday morning, police said.
A man reportedly walked up to the car and shot the woman in sitting in the passenger seat.
The gunman then fled into an alley and crashed into another vehicle, according to police.
Police found the injured woman a block away from scene at Western and West Devon Avenues with a gunshot wound on her neck.
