A 2-year-old girl is in stable condition after falling four stories from a window at a building in the city’s Pilsen neighborhood.
The young girl fell from the window of a building in the 2000 block of South Racine Avenue around 8:40 p.m. Friday and landed on shrubbery below, police said.
She was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County where her condition was stabilized.
Police said no charges were expected as the incident appeared to be an accident.
