Shell castings from two different guns found at scene

A 15-year-old boy was shot to death in the Marquette Park neighborhood Sunday night.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office identified the  victim as Cornell Henderson of Chicago.

Around 8:25 p.m., officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 2500 block of W. Lithuanian Plaza Ct. When officers arrived, they found the teenager on the ground with a gunshot wound to his back. He was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead, according to Chicago Police News Affairs.

Shell castings from two different guns were found at the scene, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The shooting is believed to be gang related. No one was in custody as of Monday morning.
