Schaumburg Police are investigating a report of an attack on an 18-year-old jogger Thursday evening.
The woman, a Streamwood resident, was jogging along Schaumburg Road west of Odlum Drive when a man reportedly grabbed the woman, tearing her clothing and pulling her to the ground, according to Schaumburg Police.
The victim fought with the offender who ultimately took her cell phone and fled on foot, police said.
The offender is described as a Hispanic male around the age of 18 standing 5-foot-10 and weighing 150 pounds. He was described as having short dark hair and wearing a white tank top and navy blue, possibly cargo, work pants.
