Jillian Harris is a a bachelorette once again.
Chicago sweathearts Harris and Ed Swiderski decided to take a break, according to reports. Harris told US Weekly she loves Ed and is sad, but "I have to look out for me."
Swiderski simply said the couple is "resetting."
US Weekly promises the nitty gritty details in their upcoming issue.
Jillian and Ed got engaged last May, and the Canadian reality star moved to Chicago to live with Swiderski in September of 2009. They talked about getting married sometime in 2010.
Their relationship survived rumors back in August that Ed juggled two girlfriends why wooing Jillian on the show. Apparently though, it could not survive the Bachelorette curse. In the 14 completed series of "The Bachelor" and the five cycles of "The Bachelorette," only one couple, Trista Reyn and Ryan Sutter, made it to the altar. They now have two kids.
An ABC source credits Jillian and Ed with keeping it classy, telling People they "are taking some time apart to re-evaluate their relationship."

That is a far cry from the tabloid fight played out by their predecessors, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi.
